1. How can I purchase supplements?

3. How are the products shipped?

Products from OsteoporosisCare.com are shipped by UPS or USPS. We offer ground and next day air service only. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

4. What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the weight and zip code to which the package is going, according to the fee schedule determined by UPS or USPS. The fee for overnight shipping exceeds the cost of ground shipping.

5. Are the prices for supplements at OsteoporosisCare.com competitive?

Our staff personally research and choose all the products sold on our website. While we try to be as competitive as possible with our prices, we stand by the quality of the products chosen to be carried here at OsteoporosisCare.com.

6. Can I purchase an item online that is currently on back order?

Yes, you can order a back ordered item. We will not charge you for it until it is shipped.

7. Do you charge sales tax?

8. Is it safe to put my credit card online?

When you submit personal information on our website, we will protect your information both online and offline. 9. When I order supplements, what kind of personal information is required of me?

In order to completely process your supplement order, the following information is necessary: your name, current address, daytime telephone number, method of payment, the products you wish to order, and in what quantity. Without the above information, there may be a delay in processing your order.

10. How do I store my supplements so they maintain optimal freshness?

All products do not need to be refrigerated. It is recommended that the products that do not require refrigeration be stored at room temperature. Products such as ones that contain live cultures and essential fatty acids should be refrigerated. When in doubt, please read the label.

11. Why do some products have expiration dates, while others do not?

According to Food and Drug Administration guidelines, supplements are not required by law to have an expiration date. It is up to the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether their product will be labeled with an expiration date.

12. How do I find out if a particular product is compatible with my medication?

Always consult your physician before taking any nutritional supplements.

13. Can I suggest a product for you to carry?

14. What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For products purchased through the OsteoporosisCare.com website, we accept returns for unopened, intact and undamaged items within 14 days of the date of purchase. We'll either give you a refund or make an exchange. Shipping on returned items is not refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping please notify us immediately.
