Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $5.95* for all Standard Shipping method orders and FREE for orders over $99* within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
OsteoporosisCare.com processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail (2-10 days for delivery depending on location). For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped several different expedited methods, rates can be calculated at checkout.
Back Ordered Items
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be back ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are back ordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
Order Status
All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always write or call us if you'd like to verify your orders status.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS whenever possible. If UPS shipping is not available in your area, your package will be shipped automatically via standard USPS mail.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damage or is incorrect. Please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
